Skewer Extravaganza - Day 1

The weather has been phenomenal so I hit the grill pretty hard the last 2 days. Yesterday’s menu included Huli Huli Chicken Wings, Lamb Chops and Pork Sausage sprinkled with a spicy dry rub. That was finished off with some grilled asparagus and a very cold Modelo Negra.

The Huli Huli Wings were amazing and the Lamb was pretty special. Great Grill.

Thanks man - the seagulls leave us alone but the pigeons and doves hang out on the patio a little too much.
