Sell by date on pack of ribs from Costco

Hi guys. I bought a 3 pack of ribs on Sunday from Costco. The sell by sticker has the date 3/6. I was planning on cooking them this Saturday (3/7). They are still sealed in the cryovac package. I would think I’m fine but just wanted to get a second opinion.

Assuming you meant 5/6 & 5/7 anyway.
Then sell by dates are not the same as expiration dates and should naturally have some buffer for use built into them.

I would open the bag the day before for my normal trim and prep process and if there were no foul odors good to go, if there are it's costco return those bad boys (I had that once and they were not passed sell by)

I agree with the time traveler and the rest of the pack, you're good to go. As a general rule your nose knows, if it smells fine it is. If you think about wet and dry aging, well, no worries.
