Seafood Pasta!

Edamame pasta with white whine mushroom sauce, fresh scallops and shrimp. Gasser cook, basted with seafood with butter, evo and garlic. Seafood was excellent, we both thought the pasta could have been a bit saucier.

I agree.Looks Tastee as is but some heavy cream and Parmesan would have put that dish over the top.I like saucy pasta dishes too.

Fantastic looking sear on that seafood Tom! One tip I read awhile back that has really helped my pasta sauces - reserve a 1/2 cup of the starchy pasta water and add to your aromatics to simmer. I also add one of these clam juice bottles for extra pop. Then you can thicken with cream if you prefer.
