Seafood Pasta!

Edamame pasta with white whine mushroom sauce, fresh scallops and shrimp. Gasser cook, basted with seafood with butter, evo and garlic. Seafood was excellent, we both thought the pasta could have been a bit saucier.

I agree.Looks Tastee as is but some heavy cream and Parmesan would have put that dish over the top.I like saucy pasta dishes too.
 
Tom, just the plate alone with the shrimp and scallops and a squeeze of fresh lemon is enough for me!
