Loaded Grilled Seafood Pasta – PIC

[Shiz-Nit]

This was truly one outstanding meal with my family. We had such a great time at dinner gearing up for our family vacation.

This pasta dish was a 1 pot cook kind of meal on the grill. The seafood in it was Shrimp, Scallops, Clams and Mussels in a tomato and white wine base sauce. Served with a side of grilled crunch garlic bread and a nice glass of wine.

I am truly Blessed to have such a wonderful family.

Wow! There is a beautiful char on the shrimp. Did you grill them separately before you added them to the pan? What kind of pan did you use? Cast iron? Can you get water to boil on a charcoal grill to cook the pasta, or must it be gas?

Sorry for so many questions. I’m going to try paella over a wood fire.
