Looks great

Are those blackstones/griddles hard to clean?

Not at all. I spend probably 5-10min after each cook cleaning. Most of that time is waiting for it to heat back up again. Let it got piping hot. Squirt water to help break up residue on surface and then scrape all to back dump. Spatulas wrapped in paper towel to get in tight corners. Turn off burners and very light coat of oil and shes good to go next round

If you don't want to mess with the cleaning or rust, Pit Boss has a unit that has a ceramic coating on it. We love ours, wipe it with a paper towel and you're done. We sold the Blackstone after buying it.

Meal looks awesome OP!
