Decided try something a little different and fry fish on blackstone. Propped up legs so all oil would pool on one side. Loaded up with peanut oil and heated to 415f. Mixed a bag of louisiana beer batter with a can of local citrus ale. Cut up 8oz portion of fresh cod and dropped then in
Covered with cheddar, tartar, and butter lettuce. This was soo good. Fish was flaky and batter nice crispy/light. Def be on repeat menu
