Hit Winco lookin for tonight’s meal, picked up some baby backs if all else fails.
Went to sams and found some yellow tag lamb chops. They were the same dates as the other packages so grabbed a couple up.

First, I made a loaf of rosemary beer bread. Used a dark beer this time and it is the way to go for me.

Meanwhile, tossed the chops in a marinade of olive oil, white vinegar, chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper.

While the Weber was heating up, my wife made some cheesy peas. I’m not much for peas or American cheese, but these were seasoned up and edible.

Lamb chops onto the grill for about 3 minutes per side.

Plated up with some fresh from the garden tomatoes.

It was worth grillin in the 100* heat.
Thanks fer lookin.
