One of our favorite ways to grill rack of lamb chops, and you can learn more about it HERE, along with some input by Sako.

Meat on the grill, with the thicker chops closer to the fire - added some oak to the fire, closed the lid, and let 'er rip:

When the chops were close to done, I turned them around with bones facing the grill so the heat could render some of the additional fat:

The plated shot isn't that great as I was starving and in a hurry, but the chops were fantastic and we polished off the whole rack, along with an accompanying Caesar salad.

Now I know what the rub is.... hell yes, Paprika and Lamb sure go together!

I love the color and char on those chops! It has been too long since I have had any and now it's going to be an obsession until I do. Great looking cook!
