No kids or gkids hanging around so a quick, easy supper was on the books on a HOT Sunday afternoon.

Found a small rack of spares. Hit them with some basic BBQ rub (brown sugar, SPOG, chili powder, etc.). BBQr's Delight Comp Blend + MAK 2Star + 275F. Glazed with some Malcom Reed Vinegar Sauce. That looked like this:





Rounded up a tomato, cucumber, onion and corn from the garden. But the wolves (okay, it was me) got to it before taking a photo. So mid-eat, it looked like this:
