Getting ready to wrap. Braising this with some Real Ale Coffee Porter...

Wrapped it up and braised it for a couple hours until it was pull tender and pulled it and placed it back in Earl to reduce the liquid.

Wow. Peeps, the subject on the thread grabbed my attention... and the pr0n was excellent. Love the use of a couple of different coffee flavors. (I've been a little hesitant in using my Black Ops Sampler... nice to see some ideas other than brisket).

Those tacos look amazing... my stomach is growling, though I just had some of Mrs. SD's Jamaican Jerk chicken for dinner... Damn!

Thanks for the heads up! Market street had some nice ones in the case! Also picked up a yellow tag CAB ribeye and yellow tag CAB NY Strip. :wink:
