Definitely looks great! May have to get some pointers from ya as you are a fellow Texan and close by even. I just tried some of that Porter the other day and really liked it with the tacos I was eating at the time and was thinking of putting it in a sauce or marinade for a pork loin. Like your taco fixings too.
