I saw the rancher at the HD today in Lubbock and bought 10 bags and have been very impressed with my cook thus far. Temp has been very steady other than me getting caught up in the beer drinking and I missed 90 mins and saw it at 300 - not a biggie - but everythings lookin good thus far.
Pulled my brined chicken for dinner and it was fabulous! Just hoping I can party another 6 hours for the briskets!
