This type of thread is what I prefer to post, a complete fully documented StepXStep meal.
And I enjoy doing the plated pics almost as much as cooking the meal.

I enjoyed cooking this one and the challenge of bringing everything off hot-n-fresh together at the same time.
Big bonus, I even have some leftovers for today's lunch!
