i could only find one photo of your brewery , How large is it? how many of what size fv's? I'll do 300 ish bbls on a 3.5 from bbt this year. I have 6 3.5 and one 7 I struggle to keep 5 house beers on , sadly we dont smoke anything and the only prime rib is the ribeye sandwich =)
 
Great looking food. I do PR o. Saturdays and was wondering what kind of yield you get when you trim like that? Also what is your selling price?
 
I'd gladly pay $25 for that plate - just compare it to say
Outback and the value of Shenco's meal can be seen, easily.
