I truly blame Sako for this idea, as his looked so good last time.

I whipped up some Souvlaki Marinade a la This Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper , freshly ground

I cubed up about 1/3 of a pork butt, and into the bowl it went.

After a few hours in the fridge, I skewered the meat into kabobs... then fired up the 26er with some Kingsford Professional and Mesquite Lump.

CINCHOUSE whipped up some killer roasted Greek Potatoes (this time in a smaller format than before), and a small Greek Salad (with feta, olives, greenery, cucumber, and grape tomatoes).... homemade citrus vinaigrette. Tatziki sauce on the side. I broke out some garlic naan (hey, this stuff is tastier than plain pita!).

That looks very tasty, salad looks very good as well.
