Did you know there is a loin throwdown going on? At a visit to Wally World I grabbed a package of Pork Ribeye Roast, cut from the loin. Love this stuff! #1 son came by, so dinner for two.
Cut about 1 1/2" thick, some Meyer's rub I got from the sauce/rub exchange and onto the Big Joe indirect at low temp with a couple chunks of post oak.
Took em off while the Joe came up to temp.
Revese sear at the end and served up with some veg and roasted mini taters.
