Kind of a nice place to be. No really favorite must have anything. Some meats I like more than others, some an accidental find, what’s that-I’ll light a fire and see. I do like ground meat. I launched my old Gander Mtn close out grinder to the dumpster, Brides kitchen aide grinder attachment housing cracked. Carnivore line looks cool on Chuds BBQ videos. For 1/5 the cost KA has a high rated grinder attachment that is metal around metal not plastic around metal. This weekend I plan to cook a rack of Duroc back ribs I paid 14$ for. The other day at store the same label of one rack Duroc back ribs was 34$. And the headlines read prices about to soar? Like they already haven’t? Now Im a meat person, I’m not going to forgo meat. I’ll just be somewhat more flexible than I already am. I’m old enough to remember certain things were only available “in season”
I’ll adjust to the season and light a fire, or run the extension cord and push a button
