Picanha & Chorizo

Started out with two hunks of picanha seasoned with SPG.

Number 1 is done

Then number 2 which will go into the fridge for during the week

A nice slice with hatch mac'n'cheese and Nellie made some rolls

And some chorizo so I don't have to cook during the week
