Perfect fall day here. Sunny, clear and cool. Had to make the most of it for dinner.

Stuffed peppers and ABTs for dinner.

50/50 ground pork and ground beef

Chopped onions and garlic, ground pepper and salt

Partially cooked and in the fridge to cool

After cooling, mixed with tomato sauce and cheddar cheese

we've never pre-cooked the meat. I was explaining it to sweetieUker, we both said "duh!" at the same time. gonna have to try that next time we make them.
