I guess that's what you'd call it when you start out on one smoker and finish up another? I recently picked up a Lang 84 that I need like a hole in the head to be honest. I threw on a chuck roast and a fatty stuffed with left over taters from last night and chopped jalapeño. I did a poor stuffing job on the fatty and suffered a blow-out during the cook, so it won't win any contests, but man does it taste good. After 4 or 5 hours I got tired of burning through tons of fuel and switched over to the Outlaw Patio where I'll finish up a rack of baby backs and a twice smoked ham.
