OT - smoked olive oil?

I was just gifted this bottle of smoked Spanish olive oil. What does one do with smoked olive oil? I've never had the stuff before and don't know what it's good for. . . .

If it is any good, and I hope it is, then I would bake a loaf of yummy bread. I'd pour some of that on a plate and eat the bread piece by piece, dipping it into the olive oil.
 
Or you could make a simple vinaigrette with it. I love dipping fresh greens into flavorful olive oil and vinegar
 
yep, or drizzle as a finish on a grilled steak or veggies... Or maybe even a finish on seafood pasta
 
All of the above.
It is a finishing product, do not cook with it.
It makes a nice pesto, nice hummus and a cracker dressing for grilled mandarin salad with blue cheese.

I am not recommending to anyone that smoking olive oil is worth it. IMO it isn't.
Just something different.
