Shagdog decided for

"Long story short - Cook some meat without gadgets. "

I thought it could be interesting afforting brisket or boston butt without my super/iper tecnological supports.
But, looking myself at the mirrow, I thought who the hell am I !!!! I can barely cook something edible WITH all my gadgets 😩😩😩😩😩😩.

So I moved towards something easyer.
No words are necessary.
I just let pic speak for its deliciousness.
Working day was 2015-02-19.

This was the reason why I thawed a Dario Cecchini's fiorentina steak round 3#.

Not usual quantity of lit coals because I was a little warried.

After 5 min first side it was like this

More 5 min other side, then more 3 min x side. Totally 16 min.

Plated and rested for some minutes.

Sliced and served. It was great in tenderness, it was moist and Tatonka Dust worked greatly.
Every body enjoyed it.

Bistecca fantastica! I am so jealous, Enrico. I have dreamt about Bistecca Fiorentina for years. Hopefully someday I'll be able to try one of those.. Looks great!

Now that is a good looking fiorentina! What do you supposed one of those would run you if you ordered at a restaurant? 50 euro? Nicely done. :eusa_clap:eusa_clap:eusa_clap

:clap2:I would not have shared that Beautiful & Perfectly cooked Porterhouse with anyone. That's just the way I am..... Well at least my dog would get the bone:heh:
