CocaCola pork ribs

tried CocaCola in foil instead of water. I thought it could affect moistness (more moistness)
No way.
It didn't work at all. More liquid in foil than usual....Wow I wish I could "fail" like that. Ribs look like real good eats to me.

Other than more liquid in the foil (not the real issue) were the ribs okay? Cuz they look amazing (apologies to Meathead). Usually I use a little beer in the foil just as the Coke. And, Yes, your pictures are outstanding.

Jim, ribs tasted great but really I couldn't find the CocaCola taste among rub and sauce!

Tasted good, but not more good than others w/o CocaCola.

If you want moist ribs don't skin 'em and don't over cook 'em no farking foil necessary.

I tried w/o foil, naked "all night long" but to much bark proportionally to the meat, IMO.
