Plus end caps and firebox, that a lotta "iron". Once hot, about 3 briq's of K should hold 235 for a couple of days.
 
Acually I had them cut off a foot so only 7 Foot (with a mad scientist laugh)
 
Maybe someone with a large offset might know better, but I think you are going to want a few more vent holes in your fire box. I only saw one and that is a big smoker you need to get up to temp.
