Plus end caps and firebox, that a lotta "iron". Once hot, about 3 briq's of K should hold 235 for a couple of days.

Maybe someone with a large offset might know better, but I think you are going to want a few more vent holes in your fire box. I only saw one and that is a big smoker you need to get up to temp.

I just posted more pics of the pit on the trailer today check it out. I have seen other pits that have the same intake as mine, but once i fire it up i will know if it works. I can add other intakes on the side in needed.
