Multiple cookers, how do you decide which to use?

I usually go by quantity, effort and method (indirect/direct):

Large/med quantities, med effort, indirect = Outlaw stick burner
Large/med quantities, low effort, indirect = Slugger Insulated w charcoal
Large quantities direct OR rotisserie = AZ BBQ argentine grill
Med quantities direct = gateway drum smoker
Small quantity direct or indirect = BGE mini max
Any meat on a stick = solo stove fire pit

and flavor profile: can't beat brisket on the stick burner, ribs on the slugger and chicken on the gateway!

We have a lot of choices. I agree it would be one of the easier cooker to hold temp and smoke output. MAK pellet grill or Old Hickory Pits Ace BP. The Hasty Bake or Weber Summit Charcoal or our BPS drum would make dynamite turkey too. Start up and getting to temp just takes a little more work.No matter which one we choose the turkey would be spatchcocked.

I found out that the turkey is going to be a bone in turkey breast so I won't need as much room as I first thought. This will probably change my mind on what cooker to use.
