Don't know what to call 'em, I'm going with,
Kettle Fried Spatchcocked Chicken Legs

Started with a 5 pack of fresh legs.

Dried 'em off and got ready for surgery.

Lot of work removing skin and Frenching. Glad I only had 5, not something I'd want to do for catering event!

Seasoned up both sides with SPGP. And put in the fridge for a bit.

Dusted with potato starch, and a good shot of butter spray.

(thanks Lunchman, wherever you are)?

Placed them in the middle of a hot East and West fire.

30 min, flip another 30.

And we eat. Cheese rice and a green thing. Chili sauce, not kchup.
Lot of work, but well worth the effort. Mrs. Ed after wrinkling her nose at the original explanation said it was most,
Good!
