Hey all.

Not a fantastic smoke like GEORGIA BULLHAWGS, but it's the smoker, nonetheless.

Just doing some MOINKs with the original sauce. My only change is that I use Dickinson's Black Raspberry Preserves. Adds such a nice dark color to the MOINKs.

They've been on about an hour now, and nearing time for the dip tank.

All winter long I couldn't see the think blue smoke. So glad it's there today

64 Bad Boys (and Girls). I wonder how many of them will actually make it into work. Due to one last winter blast tomorrow, I had to cook today. That means MOINKs in a crock pot until Wednesday. I'm DYIN'.
