Another Sunday stockup
Saturday:
Mixed up the meatcake for today (thanks Ron for naming it)
The ingredients

Nellie made the jerk marinade from these ingredients and I put the chicken in for an overnight soak

Today:

Started out with a walk at a local park and a healthy breakfast

First on was the meatcake the the sweet and sour glaze for later

Meatcake is done

Next was some chicken hot italian and some brats onto the 18"

They done

Finally the chicken goes on

And done

Looks great. Mostly impressed that Nellie made the jerk seasoning from scratch. Not many cooks do that.

Gotta get me one of those Bundt pans.

That lake at the park looks awful "bassy" to me. Would have to throw a worm or lure to check it out.
