So good. And yeah, I found the stem at the top of the avocado on the first bite, I was just too anxious to get into that thing. Going to play around with doing some fun burger stuff once I get fresh morels when I go picking Friday.

I too love a big burger, but these days they are making them too big. I got a big head, and a big mouth, but I still have not developed the ability to unhinge my jaws for some of these monstrosities I have seen lately. Like the Boy's Beer Can Burgers or some double decker with the kitchen sink thrown on top.
