Not the best photos of the inside, but I think you get the picture. This weekend will be a dry run, using the current setup. After this weekend we will decide if some re-figuring will be required.

I already know that I want stainless steel shelving to replace the white ones there currently. We will also be adding a drawer system under the service window.
 
Playing around in the test kitchen tonight and the "chubbano" was born:-D. Succulent pulled pork, grilled smoked ham, zesty roasted pepper and provolone cheeses, grilled onions and sweet peppers, topped with "mutha" sauce all nestled in a freshly buttered and grilled crusty roll.
