Burning the night time oil getting the new pig pen ready for its debut this weekend at the Pigs for the Kids charity event/competition.

Playing around in the test kitchen tonight and the "chubbano" was born:-D. Succulent pulled pork, grilled smoked ham, zesty roasted pepper and provolone cheeses, grilled onions and sweet peppers, topped with "mutha" sauce all nestled in a freshly buttered and grilled crusty roll.
