We have never done schnitzel at our house but after tonight there is no question that we will again. I didnt take pictures but I will detail. Pork loin, flattened, floured, egged dipped and breaded with panko bread crumbs before frying. Cream sauce with bacon and mushrooms (mushrooms cooked on the side because a couple of kiddos) seasoned with sauteed onion, thyme and parsley. Served over some thin grocery store bought homemade style noodles. I didn't stink whatsoever and thanks if you looked!
