I was scrolling down the pics of this wonderful mess of goodness and wondering...how the heck is he gonna eat this burger. And the on the seventh day he created gravy!!!!

Hahah yea it would of been a handful trying to eat as a burger. On a plate though it went down mighty fine :thumb:

Hers was decent and still is decent. She uses swiss steak and just cooks that and tops with the hashbrowns and cheese. No onions or gravy and it's always dry dry dry. I call this version 2.0.
 
These griddle cooks never get old. I love the creation!

The great part to is no pots and pans to clean up. If i would of cooked this on the stove top i would be 3 pans down, not to mention listening to my wife for a week about how the house smells like grease.

You can get creative on a flat top if you aren't worried about how many calories you shove in.
