How much is pork butt going for these days?

Been a while since I BBQ. Want to get back into it. I usually buy it at Sams by the case.

Last Butt I purchased was 96 cents a pound.

It's been a couple years since I purchased at Sam's but I think the double packs are boneless butts, so they will have a higher price.

Bone-in at the base commissary is $1.29, Wegman's is $1.39, haven't been to BJ's in a month but they were $1.49........

You may be able to check your local store prices on-line.

I just bought a twin back at Sam's yesterday, they are bone in and $1.79.

Iowa grows more piggers than any other state, you would think our prices would be lower...

1.99 bone-in on sale at publix here in orlando.. I thought that was really good till I read this..hahaha

Went to Sam's, was $1.59 /lb here in tulsa. Ended up buying a single pork butt roast for $1.78 a pound for now.

Can't wait to smoke it!

I Just bought two 8lb butts at Publix for $1.99/lb. I now feel like I got robbed!
