Hot Wangs and Tomahawk steak (lots o' pron)

Screw The Wizard of Oz. Que The Dark Side Of The Moon, start eating at The beginning don't stop til The Lunatics are off the grass.

The west coast is rocking (classically) the smoke.

PBC-See y'all on the dark side, we have more fun with our 30 gallon barrels

Awesome cook.

Smoke on brothers and sisters.

That is great to hear brother. Crank the heat up a bit and you get 'em crispy as a mofo.

Very awesome cook ssv3! Everything looks perfect/delicious... especially the wings(wangs). I'd eat a whole plate of those morsels.

Before heading to work I went into my freezer to see what I had in there to whip something up in the evening.

How did you thaw both items out during one work day?

Usually I am 3 days from freezer to fridge to cooker on wings(wangs) and 2 days on steak.

I really want to shave my 'thaw time' down considerably!

Care to share your method?

Thank you,
LIU
