Hanger steak is a tender and flavorful steak. There is only per cow, but there is a strip of sinew running down the middle so it's usually cut in half to remove the sinew.
Here is a video of one of my cooks (with some fingerpicking country blues).

Hangar steak is my fam's favorite and one of my top 2 (not sure who's #1 - ribeye or hangar). You add those veggies and you have a perfect meal. Great job.
 
Looks great. That's a cool plate.

Never seen hanger steak at meat shops around here. Use to see skirt steak occasionally but not in years. Skirt is a favorite...grills in mintues.
