Pellet grill

I replaced my gasser with a pellet. I grill or smoke on it almost every week. I have enjoyed the food that it makes. I also like the smoking option that is there when I don't want to use charcoal or wood.

it was made in 2015. I got it up to 800 degrees according to the infrared thermometer at the grate while burning off any manufacturing residue and seasoning grates.

Hey all, first post....

Just a plug for the Green Mountain Grill, I bought a Jim Bowie in June as a second smoker for my new BBQ Trailer. Has worked very well, with one issue that was my fault and the company sent me new parts free and chipped in an insulated blanket. Gets up to 500 deg, so can do most anything on it.

Glad you got a 2015. The new ones have gone down hill. Even Genesis is now being made in China.
