Hatchup Catsup and friends

Tabasco jalapeno catsup. Mesquite smokey jalapeno glaze, and Hatchup. I thought Hatchup Catsup had disappeared, but me confused with Spice It Up catsup.

The mesquite smoked jalapeno glaze is a product of a couple near Lubbock. Not easy to find. It was recently featured on a "Sunday Morning" segment show like YOLO, Texas Bucket List, Texas Country Reporter---not sure it was any of these shows, but something similar if not.
Demand went thru roof apparently.

The original Hatchup Katchup out of Santa Fe is gone. FB page last updated in 2018, website gone and their trademark was cancelled in 2021. The one from the Fresh Chile Co. is a totally different brand.

Adams- I found the jalapeño glaze at market street United on Georgia street.
Grilled some ribs today and glazed them in the last half hour. They were epic!
Also great on cream cheese with wheat thins!
