I've been craving livers and gizzards lately.
Hard to phind good ones anymore, so I'll have to be the phry cook I guess.
Tomorrow, gonna try some of the latest sausages I made.
Brats, Cajuns and Bourbon Chipotle.
Not sure about Sunday yet.

This weekend (tomorrow specifically), is idiot 'pitmaster' (me) redemption day! I'll be smoking a pork butt for Sunday, along with a rack of ribs and a turkey breast for dinner tomorrow. Tuning plates adjustment, more research, and a little bit better knowledge of how this pit works should give me the advantage.

It's been a rough go with the ole life situation lately. Work, stress, (sick)kids, my medical bullchit etc have taken a toll on my brain. Looking forward to seeing some really good friends this weekend. Thanks brethren for sticking around and giving me an escape every now and then.
