Happy Phriday, Phu! belly sounds great. Might have to grab some from RD this month since it is on sale. I've got a brisket flat in the fridge to cook this weekend. Need to figure out when based on real work (again).

Happy Phriday back at ya Phu and everyone else! Grilling some homemade brats tonight, and tomorrow smoking up my buckboard bacon that's been curing. Also hoping to get some more stuff curing and grind up some more sausage. Have fun everyone!

Threw a nice sirloin on the grill with some Oakridge Santa Maria, calabacitas, and some oven fried 'taters for dinner.

Might be time to smoke a chicken or at least some wings in the next day or so. Momma wants some soup to help her get out from under the weather.
