Happy Phriday all! Tonight, doing some wings, tomorrow is undecided, and Sunday, doing some ribs, jalapeno poppers and barbecue sausage for the Chiefs game.

Saturday burgers and Sunday is sticky chicken. We’ll be enjoying much cooler weather this weekend however the gulf coast states are not as fortunate. Also just watched a Weather Channel story of someone in Oregon who’s house burned to the ground after losing his wife to cancer in June. Count your blessings brothers and sisters and be grateful always. Be safe y’all!

I am gonna cut a boston butt in half.Smoke the bone in end for pulled pork and slice the boneless end for pork steaks.I think I may smoke a pot roast too.That is for Sunday.I am gonna cook a batch of Chili Saturday night,WITH BEANS,LOTS OF BEANS! :bow:
