Brethren in my part of the world were awakened to high winds and cooler temps. Had the stuff for a green chile stew. It’ll eat.

MSU- Green Chile Stew

5 pieces chopped bacon to start
Chopped smoked pulled pork (Duroc)
Brisket Jelly & Chicken Stock
Chopped Onion and celery
Purple potatoes
Tomatoes & Green Chile + XPico
Chopped roasted Hatch Green Chile-M
Mexican Cumino
Mexican Oregeno
Oakridge SPOGOS

Boil 3 minutes then simmer until every part of house is filled with the aroma- longer is better
