Perusing green chile ideas. I’ve got most but not all of the ingredients. I can MSU what’s missing. I think I could make it edible. Like make little meatballs and smoke them to about 75% done then add to pot to finish. Real fire roasted green chile. Anasazi beans. Brisket Jelly. Thing is I don’t want to make three gallons. That’s where the math gets tough, but fun.

I've never seen a recipe with beer in it before.

My recipe is simple - chuckie, 3 garlic cloves, can of rotel, packet of gravy mix, 2 diced potatoes, 2 cups diced green chile, 2 cups of beef broth, salt, pepper

Toss it all in the pressure cooker (or crock pot)....pull meat apart, serve with fresh tortillas.

Any mention of stew or chili makes me long for the days of sub 80 degreee temperatures. I need to take my spice bunker and move far north. 100+ degree heat is kiliing me.
