Started by roasting 10 of the last picking of green chiles from my garden.
Obviously, this is not ten chiles...


Also roasted some tomatillos from the store.


Then put some Hickory smoke on some Q-salt seasoned pork chops and some onions.


Smoked onions got cooked down a bit in bacon fat.


Every thing in the pot including some broth, some liquid gold from a pulled pork project, and various seasonings. Lime juice and cilantro got added later.


Meanwhile, I pulled some of my breakfast burritos (sausage, eggs, cheese, and salsa in flour tortillas) from the freezer and deep fried them. No pics.

On the plate.


FREAKing awesome.
Wanted the broth to thicken more but overall met my expectations.
