We hosted Thanksgiving this year and ran out of time to cook our favorite turkey recipe. I promised to prepare it over the weekend and send some to my daughter. This is Guy Fieri's Mean Green Turkey Machine (MGTM), G-man style.

The main idea of the recipe is placing a mixture of roasted peppers, cilantro, onions, garlic, lime juice, and tequila, under the skin of a brined turkey. The differences between mine and Guy's is a different pepper mixture, more tequila, and smoking rather than roasting in the oven.
Taking inspiration from 4ever3, I made a stuffing/dressing waffle to go along with the bird.
