picked some things from the garden and used them in Saturday nights dinner. we had salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes as well as fresh green beans
that all went well with the gianormous cowboy ribeye I picked up from Mario's meat market in Eastpointe. this thing is a borderline prime rib. I cooked it reverse sear on the kettle and seasoned with Q-salt.
