So i was at the grocery store and they had fully cooked smoked spiral cut hams dirt cheap. Long story short, bought it. Now I don't know what to do with it. I wanted to do Dr. Chickens Double Smoked Ham, but now i realized its spiral cut and those recipes use uncut hams. Can i still do as i planned and what would i need to do to make this turn out good? Will i need to pan during the smoke or just do as the recipe says?

Don't over think it- don't over cook it. If you did nothing but give it a bit more smoke (I like apple with pork) it will come off the grate better than when you put it on.

Whatever you do, be sure to keep the bone! Makes killer stock. I nearly always turn the stock into bean soup which I serve with homemade corn bread.
