Fried Egg Sandwiches on the Blackstone Griddle

So woke up thinking I haven't had a fried egg sandwich in a while. I fired up I the Blackstone and we went to gather up all of the fix n's.
Cut the bacon in half and made up 3 bacon weaves for sandwich bread.
On to the griddle and under the pre heated presses.

Next up is the back butterd bread in the bacon fat, 2 with jalapino jack and one with baby swiss.

Under the Dome they went.

Next up, time to try out the egg rings. More bacon fat.

Next is the assembly.

And the finish. These were damn good.:blabla:

Oh man, you had me bad at the buttered bread in bacon fat, your'e a man after my own heart. I like the bacon weave, fits the bread well.
