I knew I wasn't going to like messing with wedges all the time to level my Blackstone griddle so I went out to the shop and found some stuff that would work. I took 2 EMT one hole straps 1.25" in size that fit snug over my griddle leg bar and welded 3/8" nuts on them. I drilled a 1/4" hole near the end of the straps so I could fasten them to the griddle leg bar and I drilled and tapped the bar for 1/4-20 screws. I have a lot of 4" long 3/8" carriage bolts so I screwed in 2 of those and welded on some rebar handles and painted them up. I placed 2 washers under the carriage bolt heads so they turn easily and don't mess up the Saltillo tile on our back patio.
Only did the one side as the way I position the griddle I can level it with just that side. You could easily do both sides though if needed.
The only thing I didn't consider is the EMT straps can bend where the nut is welded on, if it turns out to be a problem I'll weld on some small side gussets.
