Hi all,

Is freezing Kale for garnish a bad idea? I've never thought about it before, but it seems that Kale is not readily available in most places we compete.

We've actually had a lot of trouble finding decent looking lettuce / parsley, I guess it's because we don't know the right places to look for when competing abroad...

I have a hunch Kale could become quite fragile if frozen.

Has anyone tried?
