I was digging around in the fridge this morning, and found a nice 10-12lb brisket in there. Very flexible, and very little hard fat to remove. Trimmed her up, and then seasoned with Black&Tan Steak rub, then with my brisket rub including chili powder, and ground coffee.....Got the drum fired up, and gently placed the brisket on the grate....now its just a matter of time.

I took some photos, but I've been away for so long I forgot how to post them.......:confused:
